CAN I ADD, CHANGE OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling customer service. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

WHY DOES ONE ITEM ALWAYS REMAIN IN MY SHOPPING CART?

Shopping cart problems normally occur from one or several of the following reasons:
1. Cookies not enabled
2. The master clock on the computer is not set correctly
3. The terminal you are using is behind a firewall.
4. The item you are trying to purchase is sold out, or there is a lesser quantity than you wish to purchase.
5. You are using a browser less than Internet Explorer 5.1.
6. Some people have trouble when using any Netscape browser.
If all else fails, try closing all programs, restart your computer or even try from a different computer.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

You have 7 days to request return on any item that purchase from GagLaser.com upon item received for a full refund minus shipping cost. No return will be allowed after 7 days. In order to request a return on an item, please send email us at support@gaglaser.com to send request to us. Please provide the following informations with your request:


1. Order number
2. Date of purchase
3. Reason for return
4. Serial number for the item that you want to return

Once we receive your request, we will then issue a RMA( Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instruction not only but also including correct return address and return procedures to you by email. You may then send back the item to us. Item will be refused if there is no RMA number issue previously. There will be 10% restock fee on all item return to us and shipping is not refundable. Customers have to pay all shipping fee for the item to ship back to Gaglaser.com. Exception only if we ship the wrong item to the customers. Please allow 7 to 10 days to process your refund after we receive the return item.
